Located in a village in the heart of Tuscany, the apartment is perfect for those who want to relax and immerse themselves in the beauty of the countryside. Whether you are looking for tranquility or want to explore enchanting villages and spectacular landscapes, here you will find the perfect mix of nature, culture and adventure.

The apartment is spacious and welcoming, designed to make guests feel at home. It has two double bedrooms, one with a desk and chest of drawers, the other with a large wardrobe, bedside tables and armchairs perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.

The living room is large, with a large dining table, TV and a comfortable single sofa bed.

The kitchen, fully equipped with an oven and refrigerator, has everything you need to prepare a dinner with the authentic flavors of Tuscany. Here there is a second dining table, convenient for breakfast or as an additional support space.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet and in the closet next to the kitchen there is a washing machine.
Guests will have bed linen and towels, a welcome kit, a hairdryer, heating and Wi-Fi.
One of the strong points of the house is the private garden right in front, a perfect space for relaxing or playing with children. Parking is convenient, with spaces available in front of the entrance or in the small square a few steps away. Access to the house is independent, once inside you go up two flights of stairs that lead to the welcoming and well-distributed rooms.
