Sant'Eugenia91 is an independent apartment with private parking located outside the limited traffic area of ​​the centre, a few steps from Porta Pispini, one of the oldest city gates in the city of Siena.

Can accommodate up to 4 people in two double bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped and the bathroom with shower.

It's the ideal place from which to visit the city and the characteristic villages in the surrounding area, having the convenience of parking outside the house.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed by climbing 6 steps, the private parking, suitable for two cars, is near the entrance and allows you to unload your luggage a few meters from the front door.

Upon entering you find yourself in a small hallway with a desk, an ideal place to study or work, continuing along the corridor you reach the kitchen, with characteristic wooden finishes that match the style of the house.

Here you will find the dining table and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently, there is an oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge, kettle, coffee machine with pods and TV.

In the first bedroom there is a comfortable sofa bed and a large wardrobe and in the second bedroom the double bed, the TV and a clothes hanger.

In the bathroom there is a shower and all fixtures, including the bidet, bed linen and towels are provided and there is a hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with heating, TV and Wi-Fi.

A supermarket, pharmacies, bars and restaurants are all within a few hundred metres.

Payment of the tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.
