Modern apartment, with private outdoor space

Entrance opens onto the living area, with an open kitchen, a dining table and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently.
Microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine are available.

On the left, there are two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed and two designer armchairs.
A furnished hallway leads to the sleeping area, here you'll find the comfortable double bed, a desk that can be used as a study or work area and two characteristic armchairs with a table.

In the bathroom there is a large shower and toilet, hairdryer and courtesy set available, bed linen and towels are provided.

Our private outdoor space is a perfect place to enjoy relaxing moments, thanks to the presence of the table it's possible have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif outdoors, organise lunches and dinners or read a book in peace.

Apartment has heating and air conditioning, wifi and has been taken care of in every detail, furniture, decorations and supplies are thought to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay in a modern and design structure.

Apartment is located in the old part of the city, in a quiet, convenient area, served by buses and close to the main tourist attractions.
San Giusto Castle and Cathedral are a few hundred meters away and it's possible to visit the entire city on foot. Nearby you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

It's possible to visit the city by moving on foot with the possibility of parking for free on the street in front of the apartment (parking is not guaranteed).
A few steps away is the bus stop 24 that takes you to Trieste central station.

HOUSE RULES
- Maximum 4 guests.
- Pets NOT allowed.
- Check-in after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Automated access via self check-in
- Parties/events are prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Payment of tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.
- Signature of rental contract is required, mandatory in Italy for Short-Term Tourist Rentals.
- ONLY for reservations of two people who request two separate beds, the laundry supplement of €15 is required.
For reservations of three or four people or two people who use the same bed, it's NOT required.
