Spacious apartment in a historic building typical of Trieste, on the fourth floor without lift.
The area is central and quiet, the perfect location for exploring the city, moving on foot or by bus.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people, has modern and functional furnishings, and is composed of an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a comfortable sofa bed and an area games for younger guests.
In the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently, a microwave, oven, kettle and dishwasher are available, in the kitchen there is also a dining table , comfortable for four people.
In the living area there is a sofa and TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are also available.
In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a double sofa bed, a dining table and a play area equipped for younger guests.
The bathroom with shower is large and comfortable, towels and bed linen are provided, hairdryer, courtesy set and washing machine are available.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a period building without a lift, and is therefore only accessible via stairs.

Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.
Payment of the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day is required.
ONLY for bookings of two people requesting two separate beds, a laundry supplement of €15 is required.
For bookings of three people or two people using the same bed it is NOT required.
