With four beds in two double bedrooms, it's perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

Excellent choice to combine the comfort of a large accommodation with the convenience of being a short distance from the centre.

The area is strategic for reaching all the main attractions on foot, a short distance from the Maggiore Hospital and Viale XX Settembre, a characteristic avenue full of shops, bars, restaurants and pubs.

Foscolo46 is located in Barriera Vecchia, an area served and with many shopping and entertainment opportunities, with its shops, bars and supermarkets.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and can be reached by climbing 7/8 steps.

The entrance opens onto the corridor, on the left there are the two double bedrooms, both with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, in the first there is a desk for study or work, while in the second there is also a single bed.

After the entrance, on the right is the kitchen, equipped and functional, with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently.

At guests' disposal an electric kettle, coffee machine with pods, oven and dishwasher.

In the pantry next to the kitchen there is a washing machine, an iron and a clothesline are also available.

The characteristic bathroom has been recently modernised, the shower is spacious and very comfortable, the mirror, toilet and sink are also located here.

Equipped with hairdryer, bed linen and towels.

TV, wi-fi, heating and air conditioning are also available, with splits in both bedrooms and in the kitchen.

Payment of the tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.

Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.

ONLY for bookings of two people requesting two separate beds, a laundry supplement of €15 is required.
For bookings of three or four people or two people using the same bed it's NOT required.
