* Is required the payment of the full amount, tourist tax of 2€ per person per day is NOT included.

* Confirmation will be sent by e-mail, with all the information about the property.

* Is required to fill the online check-in entering the data of all guests, is necessary for the mandatory registration required by Italian law.

* Isn't allowed to accommodate more people than agreed upon at the time of booking.

* Check-in is from 3PM, check-out is by 10AM.

STANDARD RATE
* Cancellation or modification of an already confirmed booking must be communicated by email to [email protected].

* Cancellation is free up to 7 days before check-in.

* In case of booking less than 7 days in advance cancellation is free for 48 hours after confirmation.

* In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, the reservation is non-refundable.

* In case of early departure or no-show the full amount will be retained.

* We send refunds immediately after cancellation, all refunds will be made net of service costs.

NON-REFUNDABLE
* There is no free cancellation.

NaonBnB protects the confidentiality of its customers and guarantees that the processing of data is in compliance with the provisions of the privacy law referred to in DL 196 of 2003.

The customer’s personal and fiscal data acquired directly or through third parties by NaonBnB, are collected and processed in paper, computer, telematic, in relation to the modalities of treatment in order to allow an effective management of the commercial relationships in the necessary measure in order to carry out to the best the service requested (article 24, paragraph 1, letter B of the DL 196 of 2003).

The owner of the collection and processing of personal data is Andrea Redivo, to whom the customer can send any request by email to [email protected]. NaonBnB treats the transmitted data and information confidentially, does not disclose them to unauthorized persons and does not use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected. Such data may be provided only at the request of the judicial or other authorities authorized by law.

Personal data will be communicated only to subjects delegated to the accomplishment of the activities necessary for the execution of the stipulated mandate and communicated exclusively within this purpose. The interested party, in relation to the aforementioned processing activity, may exercise all the rights referred to in Article 7 of DL 196 of 2003 including: the right of access, the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of law, updating, rectifying or integrating data, by contacting NaonBnB directly. In any case, the acquired data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. Their removal will be safe.

Anything reaches the NaonBnB e-mail address (requests, suggestions, ideas, information, materials) will not be considered information or data of a confidential nature, must not violate the rights of others and must contain valid information, not infringing on the rights of others and truthful, in any case NaonBnB cannot be held responsible for the content of the messages themselves.
