The apartment consists of two independent studios located on the first floor of a historic building in the city center. They are separated by a shared landing, making it an ideal solution for couples travelling together, families with grown-up children, or groups of friends who want to stay close without giving up their own space, a perfect balance of conviviality and independence.

The first studio, overlooking Via San Marco, features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, and all the essentials for cooking, plus a dining table for four.

There is also a dresser and additional storage space for all your belongings.

The modern bathroom includes a shower and bidet. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer and a toiletry kit with soap and shower gel, small thoughtful details to make you feel at home.

The second studio, facing an internal courtyard, offers another double bed, a second bathroom with shower, a sofa, a small fridge, and a table that can also be used as a desk.
