Apartment a short distance from the center, easily reachable by car thanks to its location outside the ZTL.

It's ideal for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 4 people in two comfortable bedrooms and there are two bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped and in the living area there is a dining table and sofa.

It is located a short distance from Porta Ovile, one of the best preserved gates of the city and is the ideal place from which to start visiting the city and the surrounding villages.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift. The entrance opens directly onto the living area, where there is a dining table and a comfortable corner sofa.

Continuing, you access the first bathroom, equipped with sanitary ware, a large shower and a closet that houses the washing machine. Continuing along the corridor, there is a desk, perfect for working or studying and the first double bedroom, equipped with wardrobe and desk.

The second bedroom has a large wardrobe, while the second bathroom is also complete with sanitary ware and a spacious shower.
Guests will find bed linen, towels and a hairdryer at their disposal.

Each room has the right amount of privacy and this makes the apartment ideal for both a stay with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently, with a hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher available to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located a few steps from the center of Siena and is an excellent base for exploring the picturesque Tuscan villages. There are free parking spaces along or use the San Francesco Parking, located about 600 meters away.

- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Check-in after 15:00.
- Check-out by 10:00.
- Self check-in
- No parties/events.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Payment of the tourist tax of 2€ per person per day is required.
- The signature of the rental contract is required, mandatory in Italy for Short-Term Tourist Rentals.
- ONLY for reservations for two people who request two separate beds, the laundry supplement of 15€ is required.
For bookings of three or four people or two people using the same bed it is NOT required.
