Civico116 - Inside the walls, free parking

Small apartment not far from the centre, outside the limited traffic area, excellent for those traveling by car.

We provide free access to the San Francesco car park, 500m from the apartment, you will find the card to enter in the house.

Can accommodate up to four people, has a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed and is the perfect solution for couples and families, the ideal starting point for exploring the city.
Also ideal for digital nomads who can use it as a base to work in complete peace of mind.

The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom is large and comfortable.

Civico116 is a small, recently renovated open space, located in the historic center of Siena, in the Contrada della Lupa, a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the Basilica of San Francesco.

It's located in a quiet area, despite its central location, it's ideal for those who want to fully experience the city, moving around on foot. In a few steps you can reach all the main places of interest and numerous bars, restaurants or supermarkets.

It's on the first floor with a lift, immediately after the entrance there is the the bathroom, comfortable and with a large shower.

The bedroom overlooks the living area and here there is both the double bed and the sofa bed.

In the apartment you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay, there is a functional kitchen available, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently.

In the apartment there is heating, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

Towels and bed linen are available for guests.

The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests, it has independent access, but I will always be available to guests via email or telephone.

Payment of the tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.

Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.

ONLY for bookings of two people requesting two separate beds, a laundry supplement of €15 is required.
For bookings of three or four people or two people using the same bed it is NOT required.

It's possible to go towards the center using the escalators of the "Risalita San Francesco" in Via Baldassarre Peruzzi 6, the entrance is about 300m from the apartment.
In a few minutes you can go back towards the centre, arriving behind the church of San Francesco, from here on foot you can reach Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and all the other places of interest.

Apartment is located within the walls and all the main attractions of the city are within easy walking distance. Located near Porta Ovile, it's not far from the bus stops that take you out of the city to other tourist destinations such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcino and Montepulciano.
