The apartment is located in the heart of Trieste – the perfect starting point to explore the city on foot and lose yourself in the charming streets that define it.

The entrance opens onto the open-plan kitchen, well-equipped and functional, with everything you need to prepare your own lunches and dinners.
Amenities include a microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a comfortable dining table.

The living area is spacious, featuring a sofa and TV, a desk ideal for studying or remote work, and a bench that turns into a comfortable sofa bed.
There’s also a walk-in closet available to store all guests’ belongings.

The bedroom features a double bed, and from here you can access the large bathroom, which includes all sanitary facilities, a bathtub, and a shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer, courtesy set, and washing machine.

All rooms open onto the terrace – the apartment’s highlight – where you can enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. A walk of just over 1 km takes you to Piazza Unità d’Italia and the Rive, the promenade along the Gulf of Trieste.
Just steps away you'll find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and the Politeama Rossetti theatre.

A tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.

Signing a rental agreement is mandatory, as per Italian law for short-term tourist rentals.

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and the main tourist attractions all within easy walking distance.

Just a few steps away is Viale XX Settembre, the city’s most iconic tree-lined avenue, full of places to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or an aperitif with friends.

The Rossetti Theatre is only a few hundred meters away.

You can fully experience the city center on foot, but there’s also a bus stop just a few meters away for reaching more distant areas, such as Miramare.

Paid parking is available near the building, and with a bit of luck and patience, you may find free street parking nearby.

- A laundry fee of €15 applies only for bookings of two guests requesting separate beds.
This fee does not apply to bookings of three guests or two guests sharing the same bed.
