It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a stocked bathroom.

It's located in a strategic area, 5 minutes by car from both the center and the Lungomare di Barcola, parking is available for free under the house and in the adjacent streets.

Air conditioning, heating, washing machine, wifi, games and books for children and adults available.

Smoking is forbidden.

The apartment is in a shabby chic style and can accommodate up to four people, the first bedroom is very large with a king size bed, while a comfortable sofa bed is available in the second bedroom.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, utensils and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently.

The bathroom has recently been modernized, the shower is spacious and very comfortable, there is a nice mirror, as well as the toilet and sink.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor without lift, but the magnificent sea view is worth it!

The apartment is located in a strategic area, a few minutes by car from both the city center and Barcola, the seaside area of Trieste. To reach the centre, you can use buses 42/44/26/6 which will take you to the station in 10 minutes.

Parking is available free of charge both under the house and in the adjacent streets, in front of the apartment you'll find a beautiful park with a large play area to entertain the little ones and immediately under the building there is a small and convenient mini market.

Near the apartment there is the famous Lighthouse, a splendid monument that can be visited and in a few minutes you arrive at the Napoleonica, a splendid walk on the Carso with a breathtaking view of the gulf, which in about two and a half hours takes you to the Sanctuary of Montegrisa.

You can use bus - 4 Buses stops in front of the house that go to the centre of the city and pass through the train/bus station and end to the Carsic Area of Trieste that it worths visiting. You can also use car and bikes.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building without a lift, therefore it's accessible only by stairs.
