In a few meters you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The entrance opens onto the kitchen, which is large and fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare your own lunches and dinners, in front is the dining table, convenient for two people.
Available oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.

On the balcony there is a table where, on sunny days, you can stop for a coffee or an aperitif or to read a book.

A large wardrobe, comfortable sofa bed and bathroom with shower complete the structure.
Heating, tv, wifi and washer/dryer available.

The apartment is on the third floor with elevator and access is automated by self check-in.

It is required to pay the tourist tax of € 2 per person per day.

We are in the city center, all the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. The area is served by supermarkets, bars and shops. The train and bus station is only a few hundred meters away.

We recommend parking on the multi-storey paid Saba Silos. You can easily move on foot if you stay in the city, in case of longer trips the train and bus station is only a few hundred meters.

Signature of the rental contract is required and is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.
