IVI Boutique Home is located in the Old City, a few steps from the Rive, the long avenue that runs along the Gulf of Trieste.
The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, getting lost in the alleys and streets that characterize the center.

The apartment can accommodate four people and consists of an equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed.

The apartment is located on the intermediate floor and can be reached by climbing 7/8 steps, the entrance opens onto a small corridor with walk-in closet and in front of the entrance door there is the bathroom, large and comfortable with shower and services.

On the right is the open space, an arch divides the sleeping area, with double bed, armchair and chest of drawers and the living area, characterized by a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining table, which can also be used as a study or work area.

The kitchen is equipped and functional, with everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners independently, an electric kettle, oven and dishwasher are available to guests.

Equipped with hairdryer, bed linen and towels, as well as heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

IVI - Boutique Home is located in the heart of the historic center of Trieste, in an excellent position to visit the city on foot, in a quiet and well-served area.

About 300m away are the Rive, walking along this avenue that runs along the Gulf of Trieste you can reach Eataly Trieste, with its seven refreshment points and the store that offers the excellence of Italian and regional gastronomy.

You can easily move around the center on foot and choose from the numerous bars or restaurants, or browse through the shop windows, all without needing to use the car.
In the surrounding area there are also pharmacies, ATMs and supermarkets, as well as characteristic vintage shops, artisan shops and antique dealers.

For passionate we point out the proximity of numerous museums and art galleries, including the Salone degli Incanti, the Revoltella Museum, the Joyce Museum and the Sartorio Museum, without forgetting the aquarium.

The maritime station is also nearby, on the Molo dei Bersaglieri, from where boats leave for Muggia, Sistiana and Miramare.

The apartment can be easily reached by car or bus from the station, we point out the paid parking in Piazzale Straulino or the possibility of finding free parking along Salita al Promontorio and adjacent streets.

Signature of the rental contract is required, is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.

ONLY for bookings of two people requesting two separate beds, a laundry supplement of 15€ is required.
For bookings of three or four people or two people using the same bed it is NOT required.
