DegliOrti is a comfortable apartment just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo.
With a short walk you arrive in Via dei Rossi, a lively street in the centre full of typical and local shops.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical building in the centre of Siena and is characterised by a large living area with open kitchen and bright living room.
It can accommodate up to 3 people in two beds, the bathroom is comfortable with a large shower.

The entrance to the apartment opens onto the living area, characterised by a large equipped open kitchen, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently.

In this bright part of the house there is also a comfortable sofa and TV, while wifi and heating are available in the apartment.
Please note that the air conditioner shown in the photos is not functional and usable, a ceiling fan is available.

The bathroom is spacious, there is a toilet and bidet, a sink with a decorated mirror and a large and comfortable shower.

In the first bedroom there is a queen-size bed (120 cm), in which it is possible to sleep for two, depending on your preferences. Furthermore, there is a wardrobe, some lockers, a mirror and a characteristic chest of drawers available.

In the second bedroom there is a French double loft bed (140 cm), it can be prepared for one or two guests, please check from the photos if it is suitable for your needs.

In the room there is a desk that can be used as a study or work area, with some shelves and cabinets and a clothes hanger.

Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are available to guests.

The apartment is on the second floor of a typical Sienese building without a lift, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants are all within a few hundred metres.

You will also be in the centre of the Contrada del Bruco area and during the summer you could find yourself immersed in the atmosphere of the Palio just by looking out the window.

Payment of the tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.

Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.
